WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5 STUDENT ASSISTANTS

The Interactive Learning Center- Learning Resource Center is looking for 5 student assistants for the First Semester of AY 2022-2023.
The Student Assistantship program aims to provide financial aid to students eligible to work for the university. While doing service, the SA will be compensated with P60/hr. Maximum of 60 hrs. per month. This program will not just only help students through financial support but also through social and skills development. This is because the SA will work closely and hand-in-hand with the ILC-LRC in implementing programs and activities of the said office.

ELIGIBILITY

Interested applicants should qualify with the following:
a. Must be eligible to enroll during the term when SA will be appointed.
b. Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in at least twelve (12) units during a semester and six (6) units during midyear term when appointed.
i. Students who are enrolled in less than twelve (12) units during a semester or six (6) units during midyear term are eligible to be appointed as SAs PROVIDED their respective Colleges expect them to graduate at the end of the current term. Applicants must submit certification issued by their respective College secretaries stating they are candidates for graduation in the said term.
ii. Students who are enrolled in less than twelve (12) units during a semester or six (6) units during midyear term due to reasons other than being candidates for graduation are eligible to be appointed as SAs PROVIDED they submit valid justification issued by their College. The justification must be issued by a faculty adviser, endorsed by the Department Chair/College Secretary, and confirmed by the Dean of the College where the student is currently enrolled.
c. Must not be enrolled in more than 21 units during a semester or more than 9 units during the midyear when appointed.
d. Must not have a pending disciplinary case in the University.
e. For 1st-year students, must have at least finished one (1) semester in the CU
f. For students below 18 years old, must have secured written parental consent.

Deadline of Application: September 23, 2022 (Wednesday).
Earliest possible Starting Period: October 3, 2022 (Monday)
